What we sell and what it costs

Kiln-Dried Mixed Hardwoods (cherry, hickory, maple, oak, ash, locust, poplar) start at $140 for a 2x4 ft stack, $220 for 4x4, $360 for 4x8 (our most popular order, about a third of a cord), and $700 for 4x16. Kiln-Dried 100% Oak, for the longest and hottest burns, is $175, $300, $420, and $800 for the same sizes. The firewood and steel rack combo is the easy first order, and Simple Start kindling gets any fire going.

Delivery is $25 to $60 by zone, shown at checkout by zip. Not sure how much to buy? Use how much firewood do I need and cord vs rack explained.

Why buy firewood from us instead of a bundle or a roadside pile

A grocery bundle is a few dollars a log and often damp; a roadside cord is usually short-logged and nowhere near dry. Ours is kiln-dried (lights fast, burns clean, no insects or mold), cut to consistent 16 inch splits, delivered and stacked where you want it, and personally guaranteed by Clark. Read store-bought vs delivered and is kiln-dried worth it.

Questions

Where can I buy firewood near me?

Right here, delivered: we cover northern and central Virginia, all of Washington DC, and Maryland from the DC suburbs through Baltimore, Frederick, Annapolis, and southern Maryland. Enter your zip on this page for your fee and delivery date.

How much does a cord of firewood cost?

We sell by the stack so you can buy what fits your space: a 4x8 ft stack (about a third of a cord) is $360 for Mixed Hardwoods or $420 for Oak, and a 4x16 (about two thirds of a cord) is $700 or $800. Delivery is $25 to $60 by zone.

Can I buy firewood online?

Yes. Every order goes through the website with card payment, including phone orders, so you get a receipt, a delivery photo, and one-click reordering from your email.

Do you sell seasoned firewood?

No, kiln-dried only. Seasoned wood is often still 20 to 30 percent water inside; kiln-dried is far lower, so it lights faster and burns hotter and cleaner.

Is there a minimum order?

The smallest stack is 2x4 ft at $140. Most customers start with the 4x8 stack or the rack combo.
