These terms cover the Clark's Firewood Order & Delivery Alerts text message program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking the consent box at checkout or on our quote form), Clark's Firewood will send you recurring automated text messages about your order, including order confirmations, delivery scheduling, delivery status updates, and occasional reorder reminders. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your orders and deliveries.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to each message.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may continue to receive texts about an order already in progress where needed to complete delivery.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
